This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which Nikhil Thampi accepts returns and exchanges for orders placed through nikhilthampi.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, sizing issues, or delayed delivery. Eligible returns will be processed as an exchange only. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Made-to-Order & Couture Products
Certain products are made-to-order, handcrafted, customised, altered, or produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed. Such products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Minor variations in embroidery, beadwork, colour tone, placement, texture, finishing, fabric weave, embellishments, and handcrafted details are inherent characteristics of artisanal production and shall not be considered defects.
Measurements and Fit
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and measurements before placing an order. Measurements may vary slightly due to handcrafted construction, tailoring processes, or garment finishing techniques. We shall not be responsible for fit-related issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
* The request must be raised within 30 days of delivery
* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
* Original tags must be intact and attached
* The product must be in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
* Made-to-order, customised, or altered garments
* Sale items or final-sale products
* Intimate wear or items marked as non-returnable on the product page
* Accessories, unless received damaged or defective
* Products sent back without prior written approval from our team
How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at team@nikhilthampi.in or +91 98208 30037 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
* Your order number
* The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
* The reason for the return or exchange
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.
Exchanges
Approved returns will be processed as an exchange for a different size, colour, or style, subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. No monetary refunds will be issued in any case.
Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for exchange and your location.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@nikhilthampi.in with your order number, clear photos or videos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Claims raised after the stated window may not be accepted. Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange depending on the case and product availability.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may contact us after delivery to check whether the product is eligible for exchange under this policy.
No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Bulk Orders
Orders containing more than [X products] or orders placed for commercial, reseller, or bulk purposes may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless approved by us in writing. We reserve the right to classify an order as a bulk order at our discretion.
