Made-to-Order & Couture Products

Certain products are made-to-order, handcrafted, customised, altered, or produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed. Such products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Minor variations in embroidery, beadwork, colour tone, placement, texture, finishing, fabric weave, embellishments, and handcrafted details are inherent characteristics of artisanal production and shall not be considered defects.

Measurements and Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and measurements before placing an order. Measurements may vary slightly due to handcrafted construction, tailoring processes, or garment finishing techniques. We shall not be responsible for fit-related issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size, colour, or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative resolution. Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for exchange and your location.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases where an exchange or store credit is not possible, or where the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
